Highlights
Quality
It really does help give me a boost of energy and prevents and helps with soreness/ lactic acid build up after workouts!
It dissolves quickly and well and provides me great recovery after my workouts.
I feel amazing days after consuming this but, i consume this about 5 days a week (daily workouts) so i don't feel much pain in my muscles.
The best thing is there isn't any sugar or add substances!
Price
I highly recommend this powder, especially for the price!
It has the proper bcaa ratio to support muscle tissue growth and recovery at an affordable price point.
Competitiveness
I’ve only tried strawberry lemonade flavor target brand.
This product is virtually odor-free, and is not as bitter as previous brands i have used.
This product by nutricost really has very little flavor (far less than the gnc product) which is easily masked by a little lemon juice.
