Pros

Beta alanine helps with endurance based activity. Second half of workout has the same endurance and strength as first half. Tingling flush feeling similar to niacin if i take 4.

Cons

This, barely gave any sensation if at all. Thankfully, not on my dime. And this product is not returnable even if unopened. Amazon says they won't help you but to contact nutricost instead.

If there is any actual product in this it is a minute nearly non-existent amount. The brand reeks of generic disingenuous non-purity. Too many fillers on the ingredient list.
