Great ingredient in lactation smoothies or cookies. Tastes fine. Has the flavor of rich cheddar cheese.

Buyer beware. It doesn't have a brewers yeast smell or taste, it reminds me of burnt hair. Most other brewers yeast like this one specify that they are ground up and not for brewing, this one does not.

I spray water on the oats, sprinkle the yeast and a little salt on and add it to supplement the duck feed.
