Butterbur was recommended by my neurologist. My neurologist's nurse practitioner specializes in headaches. Butterbur seems to help my migraines.

Cons

This product contains carrageenan and it looks as it the picture was edited to omit the ifull ingredient list. In fact, it upsets my stomach.

I've tried the designer allergy meds like zyrtect, etc that just don't work at all for me.

This does help with my allergies, but i do feel like the other brand was more potent.

This slows down the effects of my allergies, but the other brand seemed to stop them dead in their tracks.
