Prices are similar, so its really about the mct percentages you want in your lifestyle. To me, this item is superior to similar products on the market. And it is cheaper. I typically buy biotrust, but only when it's on sale for 60% off.

Blend well in hot liquids and for egg white breads as the fat. Powder has no taste which i like. I like the taste and the non oily feeling!

This product is a keeper. Started at 5'6 and 146 lbs, so partially leaned out. Lol increasing dose and ordered more.

Cons

Sodium caseinate should be clearly labeled on the front of this product. It is probably because this produce is polluted with the p65warning chemicals and so my body had an inflammatory response.

I'm not sure how advertised as keto product can have 2 grams of carbs.
