Pros
Sodium caseinate is the main emulsifier. Tapioca fiber comes from cassava root as does tapioca which makes a lovely pudding. It blends very well in my coffee whether i am drinking cold brew or hot coffee.
This product is a keeper. And it is cheaper. Plus is all c8 - the good stuff. Very reasonable price for a 2 lb tub.

Great keto product. I read about how great c8 mcts were as part of a ketogenic diet and this product does not disappoint. My glucose is steady at about 85 while ketones come in between.
Cons
The heartburn is ridiculous. There's too many cheap filler ingredients and something in this powder literally turns my stomach into battery acid, with burps that are so acidic they hurt.
