Now im not sure if caffeine helps you lose weight or not but i do know i cut about 1200 calories of sugar cream and whatever the hell makes energy drinks taste mildly passable for drink

And i was able to taper my dosage of caffeine almost like a regular medication at this point so i could cut back to 23 per day instead of the equivalent previously of 5 or so
