Pros

The price can't be beat. Happy with purchase. I like how it wasn't as expensive as a lot of the other brands.

The bisglycinate chelated formula is the only form of iron that i have found that keeps my iron at healthy levels for my frequent blood testing. What i really like about this iron supplement is that it is so gentle on my stomach.

Easy to * and has a bit more iron in each capsule than the other brands. Easy on the stomach.

Cons

As far as i'm concerned it's a scam. Just to warn you, beware of constipation.
