This definitely doesn't-it's dark in color and has no cinnamon taste. I am uncertain if this is ceylon as stated or cheaper cassia.

These work great and are easy to swallow.

Too big too swallow at least for me they are!

As a result of said belching it would send a puff of cinnamon dust back out my mouth and nose.

None of that cheap stuff here—just pure, natural cinnamon goodness.

This one is at a good price and usually in stock.
