Pros
The coq10 vitamins have a good price for a set of three bottles. The capsules are small, easy to * and are odorless. I like that it's vegetarian and a capsule.
Estrogen stimulates mast cells. These are great for fighting migraines and fatigue. Dr jill christa break the mold book suggested taking coq10.
Cons
I'm not sure where this coq10 is sourced or what it's sourced from. Capsules are too large for the average weekly pill box. Tossed it out since returning is a pain.
