D-aspartic is a great muscle builder when joined with a good workout plan. The 3000 mg dose is a little high for me though as it can make you feel groggy, have slight headaches, or mildly hungover.

The quantity for the price is great. Powder is consistent and seems pure.

Very deceptive, this contains 180 x 750mg capsules. Almost every capsule in this bottle is slack filled. Most vitamins give you a dose per capsule, but not this one.
