Pros

I've noticed that my knees stoped creaking or crunching, my ankles as well. I prefer the capsules as they are easy to *, gluten free and are non-gmo.

This is for muscle preservation. It helps with the muscle pain and body aches so you are willing to go back and do more next workout. But for preserving muscle, this stuff is it.

Cons

Magnesium stearate is an ingredient of this product, and magnesium stearate can cause an irritation of one's digestive system resulting in severe diarrhea. My timeline is expired for refund.

I experience a similar benefit with hmb capsules and powder.

I’ve tried other brands, but nutricost products seem much better.

Investigation told me this might be a better choice so i switched to hmb.
