Pros

Started taking 5 grams at night (a couple extra grams isn't harmful at all) along with 2-3 grams of l-citrulline. Glucosamine seems to help but jury still out in my opinion.

Cons

When taken out of the bottle and put in the medicine dispenser will burst/disintegrate in 1-2 days. The coating on these are so thin, as soon as you take them out of original packaging, they begin to disintegrate. They also crumble into powder in my m... Read More

These pills are very large and hard to *. The large white blobs are what is left of these huge capsules after less than 48 hours in this container.

These are fairly large tablets with a coating that simply doesn't hold them together.

Lots of reviews show pictures of their tablets expanding and becoming powder when they're not in the bottle.

Good price and easy to swallow pills.

It's what i needed at a great price for a large amount, i always have had consistent quality from nutricost as well.

And based on the price, i would not expect it to be the very best.

Packaging/appearance

The photo shows one as it should be at the top (70% of the bottle) and what's happening to the other 30%.

And if you do want to keep them in a separate container, put a moisture absorbing packet in it.

Competitiveness

This was a better and cheaper brand that i can afford and has a better value!

I don't think you'll find a more affordable alternative and as far as i know, it's good quality.
