Nutricost l-carnitine tartrate powder, good packaging. I'm also keto if anyone is wondering. Take 2-3 scoops in morning and afternoon or pre and post workout.

What is the point of contacting through amazon when you are the company who is bottling the product? It is also very gritty like sand and does not mix well. You literally gasp for air when you open the lid it stinks so bad.
