Pros

This stuff is healing and super easy to take. Am excited to use this product. It's truly life changing!

There's not really a flavor, but it's chalky so i mix with 6oz of water and a squirt of water flavoring. The powder also blends really well.

Now chromium picolinate and glutamine helps tone down cravings for carbs and sweets. This is the main ingredient in gut health pills. I take it with 3 chromium and it works wonders!

Cons

After a month or so, started to get stomach cramp at night. After a few days started getting stomach cramps again. Its says it is unflavored and i don't think that is true. This tastes horrible.

Do not buy this unless you like sand in your mouth or real true grit. I prefer the jarrows glutamine powder which has a different texture and color. Im not really sure that the specks are.

This powder easily dissolves into water and has no grainy texture.

Seems to be the best for the money.
