Pros

Glutamine is the main ingredient in gut health pills and i can control the dose. It takes away all the bloat. Other agents sooth and ease digestion.

It has no taste and blends well which is critical to my am combo drink. I take in a greek yogurt/fruit and coconut milk shake in the am.

Cons

This is not unflavored. It cannot be mixed into a strong flavored drink of any kind. I get gut cramps when i use this stuff, even in small doses.

This product is returnable which is a bummer. This is the second time i'm enduring cramping from it and after this it will be going in the trash.
