Pros

L-lysine is so helpful for cramping and my muscle nerve problems go away with this. It keeps flushing those at bay.

Cons

The label is deceptive. The packaging is deceiving. And the expiration date is unreadable cause half erased.

This product describes mg per serving which is 2 capsules. I believe that this is intentionally deceptive since other brands label their mg strength based per pill/capsule. The tablets are 1,000 mg. They're only 500mg per tablet.

Took for 2 weeks and no results but took expired l-lysine and results in 3 days. This is obviously not l lysine.
