Pros & Cons
Pros
Works much better than the name brand tablets and it's much more economical. Way more convenient that tablets when at home.
Pretreating a gallon of milk is a huge money saver. This is soooooo much cheaper than buying the specialty formula.
Mix 2 scoops with about 1/8c water and blend well. Let it sit in the fridge for 48 hours and used it in a recipe. A little (one scoop to a gallon) goes a long way.

I can enjoy ice cream again using this product.
Well it didn't work for me, but it has nothing to do with the lactase powder.
So take my review as a reflection of my own experimentation, not reflective of the products quality, good or bad.
