But gritty. Product works, but please keep hydrated by drinking water even after taking the product.

Directions say use “one scoop” but not scoop size. This recent container, when mixed with water, smells very chemically-like petroleum. Does not dissolve.
Even with considerably larger doses the effect is not the same. Even went to 600 mg. Didn't eliminate cramps. Even taking small doses it seems to go straight to my colon.
