Now i'm addicted, and it's healthier! No aftertaste. Perfect for intermittent fasting. It adds to the fat content of my diet for the day since i am on keto.
After researching, found this one. It's a giant tub with a long handle scoop included making it very easy to scoop out the powder. Highly recommend it.
It mixes and blends into most anything without clumping up. It blends well in hot liquid. It mixes the best if you use the little handheld frothers. A whisk helps to dissolve it faster.
Cons
This product is suspect. Doesn't dissolve in coffee. Chunks hang around and not a good taste. This should be corrected asap.

The price is also very good for the i pound size
For the price, this mct oil is average.

However, i didn’t feel sick, the container is great and it came fast.
Competitiveness
It dissolves nicely in my coffee compared to other brands i have purchased.
What made it frustrating was the fact that the same company also sells a similar-looking product that advertises 95% c8 mct oil.
Been getting a different brand from a another company, but suddenly they don't carry it anymore.
Next time i will spend a little more and get another brand.

I didnt even notice that i didnt have creamer in my coffee for a few days then i just stopped drinking creamer and im losing weight

I either drink coffee with mct oil and a protein shake in the morning i love the premier protein cafe latte flavor or the vanilla ones with a banana and almonds or ill eat a breakfast sandwich or eat eggs and a small servering of carbs
