Works like a charm. And it's affordable!

Milk thistle cleanses your liver from toxins. But cleaning out your liver helps the function of many other organs. I have hypothyroidism and often feel tired plus being on medication i feel as though my weight should be stabilizing more.

Comparing the the two brands, now does offer 300mg vs 250mg, but also gives you dandelion and artichoke.

If you prefer only milk thistle, i would go with nutricost and for a mix of extra supplements i would pick now's milk thistle version.
