Pros

Taste is good it dissolves quick in water. It has a slight sour or tart flavor. I mix a scope into my black cherry kool aid and it taste great.

It also has a treasure trove of phytonutrients, mineral complexes, and or amino acids that complement the bodies ability to metabolize what you are taking. Much easier on the stomach than regular vitamin c aka ascorbic acid.
