Niacin flush is strong with this one, 1-2hrs of full blown, sunburnt-like redness and tingling. For those who are complaining about the flushing effect of taking these niacin tablets, there are some things you should know before you take these.

It dilates the capillary blood vessels in your skin for a while. Only the nicotinic acid typically has this affect.

If you buy the bulk powder rather than the capsules, you measure the powder with a scoop (included) which holds 1000mg. This is 500mg, immediate release niacin. Started day 1 with 1/3 a pill.
