Taste isn't the greatest, but thats seamoss. I recommend putting it in a smoothie as it clumps in a regular cup of water.
Cons
The consistency of this supplement is just like bleached white flour. It did not mix well in my smoothie made it thicker. Got sent a message that my money would not be refunded.
