Pqq really helps my cognitive functioning. Enhances coq10 supplementation for mitochondrial health. Deeply energizing for that extra exertion fatigue.

Nutricost is a gmp certified company. Different brands do differ, some are mostly filler so do your research.

Cons

The pills are too big. No effect whatsoever, after several months of use. Not worth the money.
