It's a good deal for a 4 month supply and the capsules are smaller than usual so it's very easy to swallow.

They arrived safety sealed with an expiration date out almost 2 years from receiving them.
Competitiveness
I take other nutricost supplements, so this brand is a no brainer for me.
There are a few over the counter products that might have slightly more.
Fiber is something i'd rather take separately, but it won't hurt me to have a bit more.
