Pros

Psyllium works best for me. Optifiber / benifiber was wheat based, i need to reduce wheat fiber ( kidney stones) so psyllium it is. Inexpensive, but holds good health benefits.

Cons

Mg of this powder directly equates to 500 mg of fiber. They should put how much fiber is in one capsule (or one serving) this must be cut quite severely with rice flour.
