Highlights
Quality
I’ve tried a few different ones with no response to my neuropathy pain, this one made a difference within two weeks of taking it.
I take one daily and after 2 weeks i had a noticeable improvement.
This is a good product, easy to use and solves my purpose
Now i take it twice a day, along with acetyl l-carnitine (the two work synergistically) and seldom feel that shooting pain down my leg.
Price
It’s a lot more expensive but it’s worth it
Shipping
So just to try it again i bought this one here on amazon and started taking 300mg every morning.
Packaging/appearance
Had a labeling problem on the bottle when i received it.
Competitiveness
Recommended by dr sheri rodgers as superior to just plain alpha lipoic acid.
This version of ala works better than what i'd purchased previously.
After some research, i found the r alpha lipoic is different.
I should have bought the 600mgs, these are 125mgs so you have to take a lot .
