I have been drinking this product with starwest botanicals organic greenpower blend and powered kale for about a year pulse.
It tastes gross (like seaweed) but i mix it with chocolate whey protein for post workout drink which makes it a little more palatable.
Price
One scoop (8 grams) a day is the suggested amount which would be difficult and expensive to do if you bought capsules.
Shipping
The only problem that i’ve had is sometimes there have been issues with the shipping but that could be due to the mail and what not.

I used to be around 300 pds and now i weight around 175 and wearing 34 sized pants from size 68 pants
