On the package it says to have one scoop in water one dose is 500mg and one scoop is one dose
I can be sensitive to supplements so i decided i would start with 100mg so i weighed the amount in the scoop and found it was 250mg not the stated 500mg i tried many times and every day since recieving it and the result is the same the most i can get in a scoop is 250mg
Since 250mg is very different from 500mg i felt i should send an email to nutricost to find out if they have supplied the wrong scoop or the label is wrong or the product is not what we think it is
Be careful nutricost dont appear to like being questioned
