Pros

The capsules emit a cheap odor but the vitamin appears to be working very well for me. It does the job i feel better from my belly. It isn't a cure for fatigue, but it does help.

Cons

Carrageenan is a carcinogen it is an inflammatory that can cause inflammatory bowel disease beginning with stomach issues like ibs. I am a vegan and these b12 are heavy with metal, * to smell, they also give me nausea. Dissy nausea headache.
