Pros

Softgels are so easy to * compared to hard tablets. I take 1000mg twice daily & this bottle has enough to last 4 months at a good price! In flu season, it helps me strengthen my immune system.

Cons

The capsules became discolored with brown * on the inside of the capsule. The bottle seems to be either expired or had gotten wet at some point during production. All pills appear expired and very discoloured.

Bottle says it expires 4/23. They are well within the expiration date. They also have a sour smell.
