Easy to use and *. Works well, goes down easily. I take 1000mg twice daily & this bottle has enough to last 4 months at a good price! In flu season, it helps me strengthen my immune system.

Cons

Never buy this again fromthis seller. Buyer beware. After reviewing other people’s reviews this tends to be a problem.

Bottle says it expires 4/23. Opened these today, and they look spoiled. They are well within the expiration date. Very disappointed, expiration is well into the future.
