Mixed tocopherols formulations are considered the best type of vitamin e. Easy to * and very effective. My mother has alzheimer's so that means that i probably also have the apoe gene which pre-disposes me to alzheimer's.
This is my second bottle of nutricost vitamin e. It saves me time and money to get it through amazon. Need several. Shipped quick and arrived on time. Easy to find on amazon.
Cons
Natural d-alpha tocopherols are far superior and not that expensive. Synthetic vitamin e has little to no bioavailability compared to natural-source vitamin e forms. E products, these should be removed from amazon altogether. Always be very careful th... Read More
