Pros

Vitamin k2 takes calcium to the right place - bones, nails, teeth! Helps teeth and anxiety. Also insures a healthy heart and helps maintain elasticity, of my bloodvessels.

Cons

Mk-7 is vegan not mk-4. Stay clear. I'm disgusted, again!

Vitamin k2 is fat soluble, i expect oil capsules but they are powdered. This process enables the calcium to go to your bones and not to your arteries. The front of the label says 100mcg, the back of thelabel says 100mg.

I think this product is a great value, i like a large size container so i don't have to worry about running out often.

It's reasonably priced and the pills are super small, which is an awesome change of pace from the usual highlighter-sized vitamin capsules.

Its inexpensive so why not be preemptive.

Great price for vk only time will tell if it helps me absorb calcium.
