Pros

On is a mixture of protein concentrate and protein isolate. Easily mixed in a blender with some ice and milk and taste like a mcdonald's shake.

Vanilla tastes good to me - just right amount of sweetness. The taste isn’t very chocolate like, but it’s not chalky and far from vanilla.

Cons

Cookie & cream tastes absolutely nothing like it's name. Mocha also tastes nothing like mocha. It's a good quantity for the buck but the taste is really horrible(like medicine) in unflavored one.

I never like wasting products like this, but even the person i tried giving this away to agreed it was disgusting. Do not waste your money on this compromised product.
