I am leery of anything without a label and disappointed that it arrived like that. My advice/ opinion is to by-pass purchasing this. As far as i can tell, they’re just white pills with nothing in them.

They are easy to swallow and i experience no after taste and no adverse effects.

Taken alone or too long after eating and they will not work.

I changed one meal a day to salad and took this daily, i lost 10 pounds in 28 days.

Price

This give you a lot for a cheap price - i havent been taking them consistently but they dont taste bad and arent tough to swallow.

Competitiveness

I'm a big fan of nutricost, they always beat the competition by giving quality with an amazing price.

I tried other brand 6000mg, and did not really have much effect.

Don't let the price fool you, these are every bit as good as the higher priced comparable products!
