Also known as kanna, sceletium tortusoum is a herb that is traditionally chewed prior to stressing endeavours. As an over the counter antidepressant this is pretty good, it helps with anxiety, stress and mood.

One 25mg capsule per day, 60 capsules per bottle. Easy to * capsules with natural sounding ingredients.

Cons

Way too expensive for an almost placebo effect. Drowsy as f***. Did nothing.
