Pros

The piconlinate formulation is so effective that it's an overdose for me to take a 50 mg capsule every day. Easy to *. No heart palpitations or nausea. No noticeable aftertaste.

Cons

It is very damaging to the human body to ingest rancid materials as you are essentially ingesting oxidants that wreak havoc on your body. People thinking they have to take 5x the actual dosage is not good, so where was nutricost?

Quality control issue pushes it back to amazon. This appears to be misleading advertising. Won't be reordering this brand again.
