I am in the process of trying to hook the glass piece on the wall i see a screw with a white tip i dont know what that is to be mounted to i didnt have instructions so im trying to figure it out

The issue i have with the light is the actual base that holds the bulb is the smaller candelabra type bulb and not a typical medium base bulb seen throughout most homes
