For newbies to vanity strips like i was who are learning how to replace light fixtures the hard way the instructions dont make it clear but you have to disassemble it to install it

The ceramic collars have to be pushed back on to these after you put the covering plate on

Not all arm that extend from wall mount were completely straight which causes the glass lite shade to be a little off center

Chain does not extend full length of wire

Lights are not perfectly aligned no apparent way to adjust but i doubt anyone beyond the installer would notice
