Easy to play with cross-*, embouchure and breath pressure. As far as i can see, this is actually a chalumeau - the historical precursor to the clarinet. Bought for my 8 year old granddaughter for school lessons.

This is very easy to play, and i was making good sounds within minutes.
First wind instrument and never played except a recorder in 4th grade.
(that instrument also uses small, silicone o-rings which are causing problems because they come off and get lost).
Price
It's a great value for the money, and it sounds pretty good.
