If things get stuck to bottom while cooking, simply heat water and let simmer for a few minutes, and scrape out.

In all honestly, at my age, i would not have spent $450 on any cookware!
Shipping
I have bought (online) some other cookware, and when i got it, half the pieces were missing, and i would have to ship it back.
Packaging/appearance
Out of the box, this set is strikingly beautiful and nests together perfectly.
Follow the recommended directions that come in the box.
I haven't used them yet but did take them out of the box just to look and feel the product.
Arrived in the product box and well packed.
Competitiveness
I love my cookware but these definitely rival madein cookware at a small fraction of the cost!

I cooked eggs to see how much it would stick but thought it did very well

You can see in the photo that there is a bit of food left on the pan after cooking so not super nonstick but it did clean off well

I also cooked pancakes to test how evenly the surface cooked and to see if there were hotspots
