Delivery was fast and we really appreciate the operating instructions and explanations.
They told me to return it and on the third day i received a new air fryer .
Just received today but reviewed owners manual and tried twice and it worked great.
Packaging/appearance
The cozy blue color is a beautiful touch, and it looks great on my countertop.
So whoever is packing these need to inspect them.

Should have a way that crumb tray could maybe sit on top of the bottom heating element instead of underneath because meat juices drip on the heating element producing the smoke and greasy buildup
