Pros

The nuwave air fryer is a great addition to my kitchen. The air fry function is good for frozen foods like french fries. It bakes as well as a full size traditional oven or convection oven. I made baked chicken.

Georgina, nuwave products and the company. The oven is very user friendly. Thats super nice too.

Will use aluminum foil & oil to help minimize the problem. Post pre-head press to start makes sense since you are setting a timer. It literally asks you if you want to save the settings you just used as a custom preset.

Cons

When you press the toast button, the * thing turns on its oven function and wants to preheat. Now there appears to be melted grease dripping from the machine onto my counter top. It's an eighty dollar appliance that cost twice that.

Customer service is horrible! I was on hold 49 minutes, then a recording comes on to leave your name and number, which i did. That's when i got the er1 or err1 message that screamed at us. It is not working anymore, randomly turns off.

Decent price and perfect size for a good looking combination toaster oven / air fryer.

I love this heat source and if you can get it at a good price i would recommend it.
