The plug-in thermometer is handy, set a temp and it cooks to that temperature/ doneness.
It’s leaking and all seams are warped which allows more leakage
The oven will cook it until it reaches said temp and shut off.

Price is fair value for the great quality.
All in all, this one was worth the money!
