One down side is the cost, which at time of review is $180.
It saves money from the usual big oven, but overall, it was ok.

Out of the box it stunk of bpa plastic but it's whatever.
It comes with a pretty nice recipe book, which is great if you've never used anything like this before, like myself.
Competitiveness
It's actually smaller than my air fryer (the beauty brand from drew barrymore).
The same can be said of cooking appliances, and this infrared cooker is no different.
Previously bought an air fryer lid for the insta-pot and that was more of the same compromise.
