Pros
These pants are great. They fit nicely and feel very good. Although these pants are petite, i still find them a bit long. Since i only had their jeans before i was overjoyed at the excellent fit.
Easy to clean and durable. I wear them to court when it rains and have no fear about them getting wet. They are reasonably priced.
Cons
A size 6 is not a true size 6 - meaning that every pair ordered fits the same. Poor quality fabric. Stick to the jeans only.

Competitiveness
It has been years since i owned a pair of nydj jeans, and i seem to remember them being vanity sized a little too then.
I have a friend who love nydj brand and now i understand - the fit, the fabric, the comfort are great.
I often check amazon for nydj pants because at times they have better prices.
The cut of the leg is slightly more bootcut than i expected.

The waist on this size 8 measured a tad more than 16 inches flat side to side unstretched i did not experience any gaping at the back of the waist

Neither did i experience any of the lift and tuck technology that these pants are purported to have sadly i think the knit is too stretchy to do that job

There is a front fold running the length of the pant but once on with the stretch that really kind of disappears at least on the thigh and there is no fold that i saw along the back of the leg so it doesnt have that trouser look from behind

There are fake welt back pockets so at least there is no line showing through from the pocket but the welt is pretty much covered by a blouse so the bum just looks like plain black stretch pants like yoga pants only 119 yoga pants
