Pros
The jeans have a nice give without being too stretchy. Even though i have to hem them, and take in the inside seam so the jeans are a little less wide from the knee down. Could wear this pant anywhere and feel appropriately dressed.
I ordered a size 12 reg & they are great. The stretch is perfect for holding shape but not stretching to baggy.
Length wise, at 5'8 these are perfection. I'm 5'9 165 lbs, but they are perfect. At 160lbs right now and still losing weight so i'm pretty sure these will be too big on me once i lost my next ten pounds.
They’re forgiving and thick material. Yet, they are super comfy and super versatile. They are very comfy.
Cons
The rise is definitely short, allowing the waist to button a little over two inches below my natural waist, thus exaggerating my muffin top waist. There was at least 6 inches of pant dragging on the floor.

Quality
The fit and quality is great, i'm tall and they're very long on me.
The trousers exceeded my expectations and i was very satisfied.
Just make sure you're ok with the wide leg.
Packaging/appearance
I put these on out of the package and i can wear them immediately.
Competitiveness
I love nydj brand and this wide leg style was no different.
My favorite bootcut jeans aren’t flattering anymore.
But i found and will stay with nydj.
With nydj jeans i already knew to order one size down, (ex: size 10).

They are definitely not your daughters jeans and they have the design to fit a more mature figure
