Pros

Universal for t8 and t12. Easy to plug & play. No need to rewrite etc. Only complaint is the end of tubes very delicate - the pins at each end of the tube seem to be punched thru the plastic end caps but one installed.

Worked as advertise with no rewiring. Seller very responsive. Lamps work well. Works as advertised.

They are alittle pricey, but it's worth not to have to rewire my lights. Work well with the existing ballast with no flickering.
